2. Our Services

We offer tailored luxury apartment search, private viewings, and relocation assistance—both on-site and online. Each recommendation is personalized based on your lifestyle and preferences. Please note: We do not guarantee availability for every request.

3. Booking & Payment

• Book via our contact form, phone, or by emailing concierge@LuxxFinderFlat.com.
• All prices are in CHF, including VAT. Premium search packages from CHF 1,200. VIP relocation service CHF 3,900.
• Payments accepted by bank transfer or secure online payment upon confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours before appointment: full refund.

• Within 48 hours: 50% refund or complimentary reschedule.
• Less than 48 hours: No refund, but one-time rescheduling is possible.
• Digital content: No refunds once access is granted, except in case of technical failure.
